Baru-baru ini aktris film Perfect High dan You Get Me, Bella Thorne mengunggah sebuah foto yang nggak cuma bikin heboh netizen, tapi juga menuai banyak apresiasi. Yang bikin heboh, tentunya karena foto itu ialah foto bugilnya sedang duduk di sebuah kursi sebagai pemotretan buat majalah GQ Mexico.
Bella Thorne sendiri emang dikenal sebagai aktris yang berani dalam nunjukin tubuhnya yang seksi. Dan nggak cuma berpose tanpa busana aja, lewat fotonya cewek 19 tahun ini juga bermaksud menyampaikan pesan moral yang makjleb banget khususnya bagi sesama wanita.
Dalam foto itu Bella sengaja nggak mau fotonya diedit dengan bantuan Photoshop sedikitpun, alias murni tanpa sentuhan editan kayak cover majalah pada umumnya. Bella pengen tampil jujur di depan publik dengan mengesampingkan tuntutan orang lain buat selalu terlihat sempurna sebagai publik figur.

That it's ok. As a public persona you know naturally that everytime you shoot with a magazine there is always small retouching. Cuz yeah if they show my acne scars or a wrinkle in my forehead or my teeth aren't perfectly white, people will look at the photo and say no she's not perfect and usually most people don't want the public trashing and I get it, But fuck it I'm here to tell you that's right I'm not FUCKING PERFECT. Bella menganggap kalo ketakutan ato rasa inferiotas tertentu yang dipunyai tiap orang adalah wajar dan manusiawi banget. Bella berharap kalo anggapannya itu bisa dipahami semua orang, sehingga para perempuan lainnya juga bisa bicara tentang lebih banyak ketakutannya dan bahwa mereka nggak sendiri.
